Just the Stats

Weight-lifting today.

Rows 3 sets x 10 reps x 75lbs
Bicep Curls 2x10x40 lbs.
Bench Press 3x10x75lbs
PecDeck 3x10x75lbs.

Ran 1 mile - just to get some kind of running in. Weight lifting always gives me the shakes afterwards and today gave me a headache and made me feel a bit nauseous. I'm guessing it's probably poor hydration (headache/nausea).

*Note - couldn't use my Forerunner today because I was indoors in the gym - bummer.

That's the same feeling I get if I don't totally stuff myself with food before I go. I'll end up feeling like I want to lay down and die. Only when I lift weights though. Running and really heavy cardio crosstraining seems to be fine.

Yeah, me too - it seems like weight lifting always makes me kind of queesy feeling and definitely gives me the shakes and sometimes a headache. I'm guessing, although it seems like I'm not lifting that much weight, that I'm probably lifting more than I should. Damn that seems lame.
